      Would love to hear my favoritve comedian, Bill Hicks’ rant on new media “douchebags” and mediocre hacks all over the media like reality TV and other garbage created to occupy the minds of the consumer wage slaves.
      In any case, this video pretty much sums it up.
      In some twisted way, people derive some sad sense of sense-gratification aka “feeling of importance” through pointless sites like twitter.
      Other than food or sex, feeling important is the 3rd strongest desire.
